What to expect of a one day with our snorkeling trip in Hurghada?

A private bus will pick you up at any hotel in Hurghada / Makadi / Sahl Hasheesh / El Gouna between 07:30 am and 08:15 am. The driver will bring you safely to the marina. Our dive guides and crew will warmly welcome you on “Basyl”, our spacious and comfortable boat. While our captain navigates the boat towards the first diving spot, you will get a full boat and safety briefing. Cruising time will be 45 to 90 minutes. Plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sun and the stunning views from our large sun beds.

Upon arrival at the first coral reef you can watch the divers preparing themselves and going into water. After a short briefing on the reef, marine life and how to snorkel correctly, we hand out the snorkeling equipment and you can jump in the Red Sea. You have never snorkeled, but you want to give it a try? No problem, our snorkeling guide is always ready to advise and assist you. Your safety is his first concern. In addition, he/she knows the reefs and he/she will lead you along the most beautiful spots.

After this unique experience in the Red Sea, you can enjoy a delicious lunch which is served as an extensive buffet. After the lunch you'll have 1,5 hour to unwind in the shade or sunbath on our sun beds. There is plenty of space on the sundeck and cold drinks are available.

Around 13.30 h the boat will dock near another coral reef. Here you can also snorkel or you can relax or sunbathe.After about one and a half hours we start our trip back to the marina. While sailing back, you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere on board and some refreshments, created by our chef. At 4 pm our vessel docks in the marine and our drivers will bring you back safe to the hotel, with some golden memories of this unique day.

Practical information

Our drivers will pick you up at your hotel between 07:30 am and 08:15 am; the exact time will be informed a day before
The boat leaves at 8.30 am (exceptionally at 9:00 am)
At a small extra charge you can savour a delicious lunch on board between 12:00 and 13:00
Return arrival in the marina between 16:00 and 16:30 pm, depending on the itinerary, sites and weather conditions
